Who is RNN (Ruth N. Nelson)?
Ruth N. Nelson has spent the past 20 years becoming an expert in working with youth ages 3-11. She is sharing her programs by providing her experiences, effective training techniques, and methodology learned from the BEST coaches and trainers in the WORLD. Her programs are based on 40+ years of experience including an Undergraduate and Masters Degrees in Physical Education and Psychology with emphasis on anatomy, biomechanics and exercise physiology.
Ruth N. Nelson has been inducted into the following Halls of Fame: AVCA, USA Volleyball and University of Northern Colorado as a 5-sport athlete.
